We understand situations arise in which you need to cancel your appointment, it is therefore requested that you notify Melb Myo of your intention to cancel, providing more than 24 hours’ notice by contacting us on 0423 086 779 or justin@melbmyo.com.au

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be subject to a 50 percent (%) Cancellation Fee.

Patients who do not show up for their appointment without contacting us will be considered a ‘NO SHOW’ and therefore will incur the full cost of consultation.

The Cancellation & NO SHOW Fees are the sole responsibility of the patient and must be paid in full, on or before their next patient visit.
